This full-time on-site role located in Dubai is for a Compliance Manager. This position involves overseeing and managing regulatory compliance within the organization, ensuring adherence to financial regulations and legal requirements. The day-to-day tasks include developing and implementing compliance policies, conducting regular audits, monitoring and reporting compliance breaches, and providing training to staff on compliance-related matters.
SCA Certified
Minimum of 3–7 years in a compliance role within the financial services sector, with specific experience in forex, CFDs, or investment management.
Experience in developing and implementing compliance policies.
Auditing and monitoring skills.
Knowledge of financial regulations and legal requirements.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
Ability to work independently and collaboratively.
Attention to detail and the ability to manage multiple tasks with a high degree of accuracy.
Strong analytical and decision-making skills to address compliance challenges.
Relevant certifications in compliance or finance fields are a plus
Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Law, Business Administration, or related field
